From an ex Starbucks barista don’t turn on the milk frother until the thing is down in the milk tilt it diagonally and then pull up and down slowly to froth the milk perfectly with no mess!

Espresso shots burn if they aren’t immediately poured into liquid. Put a little milk in the bottom of the mug before you start your shots or froth your milk first and pour your shots into that.
