@misojenkitchen: i could eat this entire jar 🥚 mayak eggs (korean soy marinated eggs) are great to keep in the fridge for a low effort meal! pair it with hot white rice for the perfect bite 🤤 ingredients: 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup soy sauce (avoid using low sodium soy sauce) 1/4 cup liquid sweetener (rice syrup/honey) 6 green onions, diced 1 jalapeño, diced 3 minced garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp sesame seeds 1 tbsp sesame oil 6 soft boiled eggs (i love a jammy center) instructions: mix all of your sauce ingredients together. add in the peeled eggs and fully submerge them in the marinade. marinate for a min of 6 hours in the fridge but preferably overnight. the longer the eggs marinate, the more flavorful they’ll be. you can keep them in the fridge for up to 3 days! #mayakeggs #marinatedeggs #eggs #eggrecipes #EasyRecipes #koreanfood #easylunch #lunchideas #masonjarmeals
