Wish was written to celebrate 100 years of Disney, "a dream is a Wish your heart makes" it's got references connected to as many Disney things they could fit in one film & still be a new story

But Cinderella came out March 4th, 1950. While the movie Wish came out November 22nd, 2023. Which would make it the prequel if anything, meaning the events took place before those of wish. (1)

I thought wish and Snow White were tied where the bad guy in wish gets trapped in a mirror and in Snow White the evil witch uses talks to a masked person trapped in the mirror
