my dogs recall is bad due to a dog attack and it hasn't fixed, hes also reactive and hes still a great dog 🤗🤗

My dog is extremely dog reactive. I've put a LOT of training into him, but unfortunately, it's not very consistent. I'm disabled & can't put the amount of effort into him that I would like. He's good

How do I get my dog to be neutral? She is super social and a hound lab mix so gets her mind fixed on wanting to see the dog or kid and completely loses all her training and senses and hearing lol
