I haven’t done a legit pre-trip inspection in 10 years… When you already maintain your stuff, heavily fees, really don’t go wrong if you’re able to slowly browse stuff throughout the day

As a mechanic I can tell you this is 50% of my drivers at least. They have tire pressures on their post trip but yet there’s 2” of mud in front of the valve stem
