You should not plant potatoes in the warmer months. They are a cold crop. Plant second round of potatoes in the fall when it begins to cool off.

Fresh baby potatoes are AMAZING! The skins are so tender, they can rub off. 99% of potatoes in the stores have been cured, kinda toughened up to store.
