@karliedoesdallas: You definitely need to add this hidden cocktail lounge to your night out in Bishop Arts ✨ you need The Branca Room 🍸 The Branca Room is a hidden speakeasy in the back of Chimmichurri, a Latin Bistro & Bar in Bishop Arts. All you have to do is walk past the dining room, find the red wooden door 🚪 walk past the wine cellar to reveal a completely hidden bar. They are actually a very unique spot in that a lot of the ingredients in their cocktails they make in house! And have a huge range of house made Amaro’s, flavored soaked liquors, and so much more. I ordered the Amaro Transfusion served in an IV bag, the Smoked Old Fashioned, and the Society of Joseon served in a milk carton. My favorite was the Society of Joseon with Butterfly pea infused Vodka, Soju, and jellies at the bottom of the cup. But I loved that you had your choice of which wood to smoke your old fashioned with 😍 This space only holds about 30 people and doesn’t take reservations.
