I captured this video during my 38th week of pregnancy with my third child, aiming to complete all my pregnancy content in for my app. I managed to finish 160 exercises in a day. Surprisingly, I thought I might go into labor that day, but my baby had other plans and arrived two weeks later! 😄 This particular pregnancy saw the least exercise in my final trimester due to excruciating pelvic pains, urging me to take it easy.
