@tylaamos_: tasty made simple 🥦 part 2/12: "10 Minute Lunch Series" recipe below ↓ → 100g kangaroo steak → 125g basmati rice (microwaved) → broccolini → olive oil → salt and pepper → heat the pan on high heat, add oil, cook kangaroo steak for 90-120 seconds each side, season with s&p, remove and cool for 10 mins → more oil, put broccolini in pan, cooking and turning for 6-7 minutes → microwave rice, pop other bits on the plate and enjoy! follow along for more 💌 #kitchen #cooking #fit #Fitness #health #healthy
