I'm on holiday now took my 1st 5mg the day we left, I have struggled a bit to eat but I'm in Crete so protein is not a problem and.i haven't had a problem drinking.

Same thing happens to me. I lost 2 pounds overnight but my weigh in was yesterday, I know that’ll change by next Tuesday lol

Im nearly at target I’m just about to start 7.5, I go on hols in 10 weeks think I’m going to take the 5mg on hols so I can still eat nice things lol
