Any time I decide it’s time to go to the ER because of a kidney stone I make sure my route there is crossing railroad tracks. Don’t slow down! Get the bumpiest ride I can…it’s helped me pass 2 stones!

In Germany, a coworker was told by a German Dr. (on a weekend) to drink beer and jump up & down in order to pass a stone & he’d see them on Monday.

People should have strong bass systems too. My uncle had plaque build up inside his arteries before the sound system and after, it broke them loose. So if you keep it up through life, might help.
