@mariannas_pantry: BLENDED PROTEIN CHIA PUDDING It’s come to my attention that some of you hate the texture of chia seed pudding so… hopefully this helps!l Ingredients 1 cup frozen raspberries 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup (or any sweetener of choice) 1/2 cup chia seeds 2 scoops @Flex Brands vanilla protein powder (discount code MARIANNA15) Toppings: fresh raspberries and peanut butter Instructions: 1. Add raspberries, almond milk, and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth. 2 Then add chia seeds and protein powder and blend again on high speed until it starts to thicken into a pudding like texture. This may take some time! 3. Evenly distribute amongst 3 glass jars then top with raspberries and peanut butter and store in the fridge for up to 4 days. #chiaseeds #chiapudding #highproteinbreakfast
