I was a Hospice Nurse for 10+ years, and I have NEVER heard a doctor be so compassionate and explain it so clearly to a patient and family!! I’m so IMPRESSED!! Way to go!!

I wish my dad’s doctors would have been this straightforward at the end of his life when speaking with us. It may sound harsh but it’s what they needed to hear. 💔

Why is it that Doctors won't do surgery nowadays without seeing a cardiologist first. I've been seeing so many people even friends that the doctors won't do surgery because of heart problems. SMH

The kindest and hardest thing that I did for my mama was to listen to her when she said she was finished. No bargaining. Just peace and understanding that she was transitioning. 😢

My father had a quadruple bypass years before. One of the valves was failing. They mentioned using a balloon to fix. They never told him they gave up, sent him home. Died 6 weeks later.
