Same. I had to force myself to get through it unfortunately exposure therapy is the only way to deal with this type of anxiety. I don’t get anxious anymore on the road.

Yes ! 41 no license . Always been afraid of hurting someone by accident or hitting someone’s pet. Trying to get it now but idk fear takes over

You described exactly what I go thru. Also mine includes bridges and overpasses. I’ve come to know every back road where I live. I’m on medication now which helps some.
