Townsville has its own dress code, so you probably haven’t ever experienced it. Qantas lounge is meant to be really nice. I’m all for it.

Qantas is and always has been this way - uptight, their profit mostly comes from the high frequent flyers who are mainly business/high income earner customers, they cater almost exclusively to them
