We've fallen into this naturally, I found trying to encourage independent naps just meant a lack of daytime sleep! still working on that independent settling though 🥴

How do you break habit wakes during the night? My LO wakes at 2am and I think it is a habit.

Yess can confirm! We naturally fell into this. My babe is 5 months old and contact naps during the day. At night, she self settles in her cot and only wakes once 7:30pm-8:30am

My baby can self settle for all naps. During the night, he can settle as well. Bedtime, he fights forever and so hard. Any suggestions ?

I’ve been trying for over a month to get my little one to sleep in the crib for the first nap. Always wakes 20-30 mins. And overnight sleep has been terrible!

At what month can you stop feeding your baby every two hours? I heard it is necessary for neurodevelopment

My baby has contact napped since day dot (he’s 9 months now) and has slept through the night with minimal wakings since 8 weeks old. I stand by this ‘assisted day / independent night’
