but gut issues can be caused by food poisoning after effects, salt, sugar and etc like I don't really eat dairy or seasonings and now any time I eat something with dairy or salt 😒 pain and suffering

Kombucha on an empty stomach, tea/hot lemon water is really great. Also celery juice is so good! Homemade not the bottled ones because it comes with added sugars. Matcha tea is also super great too!!

Try the Ryze mushroom coffee. It has helped me so much with similar symptoms like you mentioned. And first thing I do in the morning and last thing before bedtime. It helps to line the stomach.
