Having worked for a city building inspection department we miss stuff. The electrical should not have been missed. That’s big. Always get a private inspection. The more eyes the better.

We had all but 5 of those issues with our new build...only because our inspector couldn't inspect certain areas. 1 year warranty inspection, 1 full pg of repairs needed...and still adding to it 🥲
