I usually cover mine in Vaseline before I go to bed and use the aveeno oat gel moisturiser during the day

I’m exactly the same especially when I’m stressed. I find the child farm new born moisturiser work well. Plus a very light steroid treatment from the doctors (only when it’s really bad)

The rubbing the eyelids us so satisfying even though you know it's probably going to make things a whole lot worse. epiderm cream then a dab of protopic over the top helps calm my eyelids.

Go your ophthalmologist and ask for Lotemax ointment. It’s expensive but a life saver!! And use allergy drops daily.

I use an ice roller to help relieve that itch slightly 🙏🏻 Epaderm, balmonds and hydromol have all been helpful for my eyes
