That’s a good food bank. The ones here don’t do any fresh or frozen foods at all, no bread, veg, fruit or meat.

for the tomato paste scoop into and then flatten in a freezer bag and stick in freezer. that way you'll be able to break off what you need and it lasts forever

Slice a couple bananas, dip them in the juice you drain out of the peach cans, freeze those banana slices flat in a ziploc bag for smoothies later.
