For the arms, take it with a grain of salt, but maybe ask about thoracic outlet syndrome with whichever provider is best for you. I thought the arms were POTS, turns out it's actually my ribs 🟣

I haven't been diagnosed with pots but I'm going doc.next week to talk about it. and this hits home. I never really understood why it was so much effort to do my anything with my arms above my head.
