you could also write emails on special occasions to your children's email addresses so they could read them when they're old enough 😊

Each week I'd trawl emails and school apps add to calender set a reminder for 7am, if there was a need for anything specific I'd set the reminder for 2 days before.always worked I'm a mum to 5 👌

I send pics at special occasions to their own email address so they have photos from when they were babies up til now !

I do this for my kids. Started with when they learnt to crawl etc as it was such a big deal at the time but barely remember the feeling. Now just birthdays and new year etc

Another hack is a time hop callender with grandparents in too with each person have a colour code makes planning very easy
