yeah if you want static types just use another language. Whether it's Julia, Rust or C++ ( most of python is just ffi calls to c++ libs anyway ). also data structures in python are horribly inefficien

pydantic is great for an ecosystem or colaboratory env. docker sure is interesting... but I feel we are just trying to play the I can't live without my starbucks coffe here... except for coding.
