That often means travel (even short weekend trips to the lake) require some extra thought. I’ve found the extra planning time in short supply lately, so coming up with flexible workouts I can do that support my overall goals, help move me forward and gain confidence. Since my goal right now is to finish, it gives me freedom to explore the pieces of my swimming that need attention & prioritize consistency over all else.
