@tfti.bbq: ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฝ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ฝ๐๐๐๐๐๐: Recipe Below ๐๐พ Smoked this on my @masterbuilt XT Gravity Smoker as requested on my Broadcast Channel from the Money Squad. This is my 2nd time smoking a brisket using the foil boat method and it came out amazing yet again. Though this time around it had a much more smoke flavor like you would get with an offset smoker vs the last one I did was on a pellet smoker. The flavor for wood and coals is just far superior in my opinion. These gravity feds have that convenience of a pellet smoker but that flavor you canโt beat of an offset smoker. ๐ฏ _______________________________________ ๐๐ฃ๐จ๐ฉ๐ง๐ช๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐จ: 1. Smoked at 180F for 2 hrs 2. Then bumped up to 250F. No spritz 3. Once the bark is set to my liking, was around 175F at around 8hrs in I removed 4. Foil boated it w/ tallow then back in the smoker 5. At roughly 4-5hrs later when my meat probe was sliding in w/ no resistance I removed. The internal temp was around 200-203F 6.
