I learned in culinary school that gloves often cause more problems. gloves only after getting cut or cutting hot peppers.

Loong as you wash most mid to upper tier kitchens don’t do gloves unless its ready to eat. So yeah youre right. Been cooking 15 years.

it is. I used to work in a restaurant, some of the ppl who plated the food or made the sandwiches wore them but I personally didn't because we always had a bleach towel at every station.
