@tastelessbaker: 🍩 Cinnamon Donuts 🍩 FLUFFIEST FUCKING DOUGH 300g Bread Flour 40g White Sugar 3g Salt 8g Instant Yeast 200ml Milk (Tepid) 30g Unsalted Butter (Softened, Room Temp) CINNAMON SUGAR 100g Caster Sugar 6g Ground Cinnamon Pinch of Salt Pinch of Cardamom Pinch of Nutmeg FRYING Canola Oil 160°C/320°F for 6 minutes each side METHOD 1. Mix the flour, sugar, salt & yeast. 2. Add milk and mix in a stand mixer for 2 minutes. 3. Gradually add the softened butter until it's stretchy as fuck. This should take 10 minutes mixing on high. 4. Form a ball and add to a greased bowl. Rest for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size. 5. Punch the air out. Divide into 6 equal pieces and roll each into a ball. Rest for 40 minutes uncovered. It's ready once you poke it and it bounces back slowly. Not fucking fast! 6. Using a cookie cutter or vodka bottle cap, cut a hole in the middle of the donut. Transfer to fryer or pot of oil that has been preheated to 160°C/320°F. Fry for 6 minutes each side. 7. Remove those oily c*nts and place them onto a paper towel and allow to cool down. Mix the cinnamon sugar ingredients together. 8. Once warm, coat in the cinnamon sugar.
