The fine print of the promotion says “lowest priced item will be free” so it should not have said free bag. It would only be free if all your other items were over 5.99

ok yes an no I work for a company that does this so they reduce all the prices on all the products for example if it buy one get one free they they cut the price of the item in half so you still get

The answer: they take the price of the bag then reduce the 4 items so the bag cost is free. It is done this way in case of returns. if you returned 1 item you would have to return the bag or pay for

Pretty sure Target made a recent change so as long as you put in your phone number you should get all your saved deals/offers and don't gotta scan the app anymore

technically the bag is for free, the 5.99 discount is distributed throughout the 4 items including the bag. That’s how it is for some retail stores that have BOGO promotions.

I just add 3 bandaids and added a bag as if I was going to do a store pickup and it took the $5.99 off at checkout. It worked just fine. They prorated the cost over over the bandaids and bag.
