i can tell you this works, i do this all the time, i even tell my boss i need more small tasks, i go through 24 tasks in a day coworkers only 5 😎👍

I've found this with writing. Reading it myself is painful. Using MS Word's Read Aloud to listen to it like it's a story someone is reading to when I love audiobooks is satisfying and enjoyable.

If it doesn’t give me dopamine I literally can’t do it. Normal tasks in life are so difficult makes you feel like a freak but if I get hyper fixated onto a task I will forget everything else
