I still think there is a broken pipe underground. In a previous video, there was soil coming up through the drain. Have you had the drain scoped?

@Chad Kubanoff the tile is flooding because you blocked off that drain. (You might have figured that out already). I really want this space to work for you, but if you haven’t started looking at other spaces I would. There are SERIOUS drainage issues in this current building. (Again. I think you know this already)

Damn. It’s a double edge sword because on the one end it’s working but the other end you have water coming up from under the titles. That’s not good. I’d be worried about mold growing.
