I feel very strongly about taking my children out of school once a year for a family holiday. I think it’s good as we work hard and it’s good to show kids that family time is important too

Parents should be aloud to take their kids out for at least once a year. I can’t afford to go away in the holidays, so my kids have to go without. It’s sad. Xx

If they aren’t willing to drop it completely let us have a holiday a year after that be fined, work related holidays shouldn’t be fined and weddings and events also shouldn’t be fined

Government allow homeschooling where parents are not even qualified to teach so if that’s allowed then missing 1/2 weeks per school year is not going to make a difference as some who’s homeschooled

Scrapped each child should get at least 1 week in term time to take a holiday. Or the government need to cap the travel companies for charging more in holidays dates.
