my 4wks old had sticky eyes I got tired of cleaning and had to seek the doctors advice, I was given chloramphenicol to apply for 5days and it was gone

Mine had it from newborn. Breastmilk always seemed to make it worse. Finally after 10 months it went away on its own. But before it went away i was cleaning it 2x/day with saline solution plus 3x/day

One of my twins eyes were like this from 1 week old. It’s only just gone at 14 weeks old! 3 different antibiotic ointment/drops later as it got infected 🙄

my baby ended up hospitalised on IV antibiotics from neonatal conjunctivitis it got that bad he was bleeding from both eyes. I thought it was blocked tear ducts, he nearly lost his sight x
