My brother helped a wee old man carry his Xmas tree to the till once. They formed a queue for his help very quickly and he didn't have the heart to tell them he didn't work here 😂😂

I go to other stores in my uniform in my breaks or before and after work and get asked. As soon as I hear “excuse me” I turn and say with a tone “I don’t work here!”

Nah cause this happens to me all the time I work in a bakery and wear a black polo and black trousers and everytime I go into the Co-op for lunch someone comes over asking stuff. My uniform looks nothing like the co-ops 😂😭😭

I used to get mistaken for an ULTA employee when I shopped (maybe because I dress in all black?) but at least they’d ask ‘do you work here’ first.
