For all those 5 reasons is why people should leave EPF alone and not transfer that into unit trust. If you want to invest in unit trust, then allocate your salary into unit trust consistently.

Forget to mention high charges to buy in unit trust, bonds also have risk, annuities sometimes the returns could be less than FD, therefore its best to sayEPF gives better return

Correct me if im wrong, my unit trust agent’s commission is 10-20%. I’ve held for 10 years, still losing out to KWSP yearly compounded.

To earn from unit trust u need to put in money consistently to buy at low price, if use epf is just 1 off so u wont be able to buy at lower price

Mind to explain when u say 1 yr it have done 30% and why NAV still at loss making? Seriously, I have consistently use my EPF invested into UT for almost almost more than 5 yrs still -ve return.

i dont agree with you. agent's commisyen's fee is immediately deducted from the actual money that was thought to be invested in that fund. EPF has no feesl

normally fund agent just want u continue investing to get average gain, they don't provide advise switching. I have to learn the hard way, gain profit still less than epf. Just try it u will know.
