I’m about 6 months in air far and I’m about the same as you are. I just recently got movement in my cheek back and yeah I wasn’t told about the stretches but yeah I looked them up and have been doing them.

Drinking is still kinda difficult but eating I’ve pretty much gotten used to just kinda embarrassing to do any of it in front of anyone

I was told it could take anywhere between 6-9 months after the steroids before I get fully recovered or at least close to it
