I honestly think the simplest solution is tax all income the same, whether it is sale of a primary/secondary house, capital gains etc all either 20/40/45% based on thresholds

The more the working class earn, the more tax we pay. Regardless of how low our income. It should be higher taxes on the wealthiest and tax breaks given to those who aren’t rich. 🤔
