@bratbustersparenting: You say to play with your kids and play in their world. Can you do this too much? No, you can't, but you don't have to be playing all the time. The benefit of playing with your kids often is that their cups are full. That way, if you want a little parent time without kids, they are usually all good to give you some space. It gives you a lot more power because play is their love language. The more you play with them, the more loved they feel, the more secure they feel, the happier they are. And that's the result of you. So if you're with someone who makes you feel good, and makes you feel really loved, don't you want to please that person? That's what leadership's all about.
