@therealbrianmark: When a client says “Could give me a discount…” ❌👇🏽 Here’s what you say. First - don’t just CAVE and offer a discount. You’ll instantly devalue yourself and lower your status in their eyes. 
Instead, reply with this, word for word; “Hey John! Listen I’m amped to help you lose 20 pounds but I absolutely cannot offer a discount. I will not reduce the value that I give to you in the program, so I cannot decrease the investment for the program. If cashflow is an issue for you I’m happy to offer some sort of payment plan, but the rate is non negotiable because we guarantee results. Fair enough?” Was this helpful?
