My parents house is over a hundred years old and the electric is outdated...no grounding(wall outlets don't have 3rd prong) it's a mess lmao

I put in a grounding block in on the basement side, pulled direct TV's, big old copper and grounded everything in sight, the coax, the coax blocks

You should be using only 1 well installed ground. Not multiple. Set your multimeter to volts and measure between 2 and then with your result have a think about why

DO NOT ground to your copper pipes. The pipes can get energized during a storm and fry your electronics.
