i also feel like people forget that the hunger games is a SPECTACLE. they want DRAMA they want INTRIGUE. choosing at random is a interesting concept but it doesn’t always yield interesting results.

I can't get behind the people saying Prim was rigged to get to Katniss but I 100% agree with this. The Hunger Games is a reality competition show and casts are always produced like that!

no and I was rewatching catching fire and Plutarch literally suggests the fact, like I always felt it was so weird that katniss just happened to get thrown in again but he says they can strategize it
