@ryo.jon: 牛肉えのき巻き · Beef Enoki Rolls Crack a cold one for the homies, yea yea yea yea 😈 Ingredients from @tokyo.central 材料 · Ingredients (adjust to taste) - Thinly sliced beef - Enoki mushrooms - 2 eggs - Salt & pepper - Sesame seeds - Green onions Za Sauce - Chicken seasoning powder - 200ml chicken broth - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tbsp sesame oil - 3 tbsp sugar Instructions: 1. Place enoki mushrooms on the beef and roll that jawn up 2. Slice up onions,green onions, and mince garlic. 3. In a bowl whisk some eggs until it’s fully mixed. 4. In another bowl, mix all of the ingredients listed for the sauce together 5. Next, stir fry onions and then add the beef enoki rolls on top. 6. Add the sauce & let it simmer until the beef is cooked. (You can try once without covering it) 7. Drizzle the mixed eggs on top & cook for another 3-4 minutes. 8. Add sesame seeds and green onions on top & enjoy with rice! 9.
