I work in IT for banking apps. boomers mostly have 10k-200k on average in their accounts. Gen x usually has around 10k or less usually. millennials and gen z typically only have a couple hundo or less

Went back to my hometown for the first time in ages. All the nice old houses were so run down. Apparently the ppl who lived in them sold them to the assisted living places to get in.

My dad died behind on taxes for the years he was sick and had a loan on the house and no will and I can’t afford any of it 😩 his dad gave him that land and built him the house I get debt 😭

as a CNA in long term care, some people pay high 4 and even up to 5 figures monthly in a low end nursing home...some of them get sent home because of their lack of funds.
