@latentplaces: run, hide, or fight? Wildlife experts near Chattanooga, Tennessee have sighted a small herd of horned quadrupeds known as Anticorns roaming the region. The rare and elusive creatures can be identified by their dark rough skin, rows of sharp teeth, and large singular horn. Anticorns are predatorial in nature and are known to prey on large mammals such as wild hogs, deer, elk, and in some rare instances, bears. Although Anticorn attacks on humans are exceedingly rare, hikers in the area should be prepared to either run, hide, or defend themselves if spotted by an Anticorn. Due to the rarity of the species, researchers are still determining the best course of action in the event of an Anticorn encounter.
