I would pay $10 for these for a small birthday party type order. Maybe $8.50 as a bulk discount for a very large event like a wedding.

I own restaurants, aim 25% or less food cost. so determined how much each individual boat costs. I personally think you way under charged. you also have to calculate your time.

The left over fruits. Freeze them. They make great smoothies. Frozen grapes and the beach are the best. And the price seems reasonable.

To determine the price you first need to calculate your costs (goods and labor) and then add in your profit. I assume you’ll add tax on top of the price per item. ❤️

I would scale pricing. For 10 & under I would say that is a decent price but if I was ordering 50 or more I think it is a little steep.

I think 8.50 is great for a larger party 60+ maybe 50+. Charging $10 a boat for smaller parties.
