I totally get that. How do candidates demonstrate their skills, other than the verbal discussion? We were recently duped by candidate who said she had all the skills required. Is there a happy medium?

I had a company tell me the final round of interviews was to come into the office for one full day to make calls and stuff with the team. Basically work a full 8 hour shift for free. Ridiculous
