Oh girl the maintenance that comes with goddess braids?!! Long!! Lots of gel and mouse girl and I mix it with hot/warm water! And BONNET once you get home! Also do two plaits

Try gel babes & if you ever don’t have a bonnet - sleep with it in 2 plaits, stops the curls frizzing x

It’s the hair, you’d need human hair for it to get less matted. Try combing it with mousse or a spray bottle with water+conditioner in it

I never get that braid style bc you have to basically do a little maintenance everyday so it doesn’t tangle 😫

When I want goddess braids but can’t afford the human hair, I make sure to carry an extra bag of curly hair on holiday so I can refresh the curls when they get nasty

Leave the braids but Cut out all the curly bits and crochet back in using human hair 🤞🏽
