I'm a teen dad. my parents fully supported my girlfriend and me. my girlfriend's dad was supportive but her mom was kinda iffy. we were 16. when my daughter, Esmeralda, was born she had heterochromatia and was darker like I am. my girlfriend's mom kept saying that she didn't want my girlfriend to keep the baby because she was born like that? she even went past boundaries by covering her in sunscreen so she "couldn't get even darker" and fed her formula because "breastfeeding is for blacks". causing my daughter to have stomach problems. boundaries are important
