I got PAH from coolsculpting and had to spend 30k on surgery to get it removed so yes there are significant risks. Burning skin and stopping immediately was a blessing in disguise unfortunately

I don't know what you had done but it wasn't Coolsculpting. Coolsculpting doesn't involve heat in any way & doesn't have metal applicators, it's also over $500 per applicator / cycle.
