It is a civil matter. Police should only be there to oversee the situation. Case Law dictates the Police should be on the side of the individual not a Certified Bailiff Firm 🤔🤔

The firm you refer to aren’t Certified Bailiff’s.Only a Certified Bailiff whose Licence granted by the Court may effect a sealed Court Warrant.A third party debt recovery firm can’t effect a Warrant🤔

It doesn’t need a stamp or signature, as long as they can provide the warrant and their documentation that is all that is required. If you feel the warrant is not real you should seek legal help (1/2)
