Condo investment days are gone. Long gone. With the laws where tenants don’t have to vacate your condo and you are unable to sell or have to sell at law low price, why would you buy a investment?

condos suck. they are built on promises that builders dont have to keep. the reason there's less built is because people realize that it's better to rent then onlwn a condo

What’s worse is some of the builders of the new projects which have inventory all I have just started marketing the product and asking for $1600 PSF and 65 to 100 K for fucking spot is outrageous

Regardless of what you say will happen in 2028 or 2029 you must understand that condo builders today with all the new projects out are selling at $1600 per square foot. That’s outrageous.

That is wrong. I know of 3 projects of so many. Assembly Park. Christy Lands and Unilever lands. That is over 15,000 condos between 2026 and 2029. Just 3 of the hundreds being built
